We offer  7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.
To start a return, Please contact our customer service team at care or contact us on our WhatsApp 0336-0001964 and file a complain about the product, once the product is reviewed, we will confirm you about exchange and refund. 
Please allow up to 15 days for exchange to be processed from the day return being received. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Although we have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock refund would be provided. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. All shipping and handling costs and other transactional charges are non-refundable. In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, we will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation, via email & a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. MJ ATTIRES may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution
